SCORM-Data in the Assessment Tool

If a SCORM transfers assessment data, the assessment tool shows detailed insight into the transferred values.

Opening the SCORM test in the assessment tool

Use the Assessment Tool to open the detailed view of a user test. For further general information on the Assessment Tool, please refer to  Assessment tool. 

Information

You can only view the assessment data if the ‘Transfer score from SCORM’ option is enabled in the Assessment tab.

For the selected SCORM module, all user attempts are displayed in a table:

Date

Date on which the SCORM learning resource ends

Duration

Duration within the SCORM learning content, corresponding to the SCORM value ‘cmi.core.total_time’

Score

Score earned within the SCORM learning content, corresponding to the SCORM value ‘cmi.core.score.raw’

Title

Title assigned by the creator of the SCORM learning content. This title is contained in the SCORM’s imsmanifest.xml file and cannot be changed in OPAL

Details

The displayed link opens a dialogue box containing a detailed table listing all CMI values transferred for the selected SCORM attempt.

Assessment Form

Depending on the default settings in the course editor, additional fields for assessment will be displayed.

Change history

Clicking on the ‘Change history’ button opens a history log for the selected attempt. This section lists any significant changes to results or assessments that have been carried out.
